Text messaging terms
Yayso Yoga (David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc.) sends text messages only to people who asked for them. Here is exactly what we ask, where we ask it, and how to stop at any time.
Opt in to text messages
This is the form Yayso Yoga uses to collect text-message consent. Both checkboxes are optional and neither is checked in advance — you can submit without either one.
Thanks — we received your request and will be in touch.
We couldn't send that. Please check your email and phone number and try again.
Where consent is collected
Our first-class sign-up asks for your name, mobile number and email so we can book your class. The two consent checkboxes appear on its final step, directly beneath the email field, each one unchecked — and on the form above. We only text a number whose owner checked the relevant box, or who texted us first. If you check neither, we contact you by phone or email instead. We never buy, rent or import phone number lists.
What we send
- Transactional and informational (first box): replies to your enquiries, class and appointment reminders, booking confirmations, scheduling updates, first-visit information and account updates.
- Promotional and marketing (second box, separately): new classes and sessions, first-class and seasonal offers, and studio news.
Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Our kids and homeschool aerial classes are open to children; a parent or legal guardian provides their own phone number and gives consent on the child's behalf. We do not send text messages to a number belonging to a minor.
