Using this page

This page lets you ask for your first class at our studio. Please give accurate information. Submitting it does not by itself book a class; we confirm your booking with you directly. Class passes are sold through our booking provider, Mindbody, under the terms shown at checkout.

Your health and safety

Yoga, aerial yoga, acro yoga, Thai yoga bodywork and infrared sauna are physical activities that carry some risk of injury. Nothing here is medical advice. Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a medical condition or injury, and tell your instructor before class.

Text messaging terms

Yayso Yoga operates a two-way conversational text-messaging program for people who ask us about classes and sessions. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers; every number we message was given to us by its owner. By checking either optional consent box on our sign-up or text messaging page, you agree to receive text messages from Yayso Yoga (David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc.) at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and each box controls only its own message type.

Transactional and informational messages (alerts) — first box: replies to your enquiries, class and appointment reminders, booking confirmations, scheduling updates, first-visit information and account updates.

Promotional and marketing messages — second box, separately: new classes and sessions, first-class and seasonal offers, and studio news.

Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Our kids and homeschool classes are open to children; a parent or legal guardian provides their own phone number and gives consent on the child's behalf. We do not send text messages to a number belonging to a minor.
